Pepper Sprout

Consumed in the Sprout household last night: Bufala Negras. I discovered this drink at one of my favorite places in Atlanta, H. Harper Station.  It’s a converted railroad station with exposed brick, dark wood beams, navy chairs, all sorts of unique lighting and decor, an extensive bourbon menu, amazing cuisine, and outstanding mixed drinks. A Bufala Negra is essentially bourbon, sugar, balsamic vinegar, basil, and ginger beer.  And it is delicious.
